Multi-level architecture its the natural mountain slope so that each room of villas and apartments could have seaside views. Each detail of the design is elaborated to ensure the highest standards of living in the residence.
"OLIVE SEA" - is an oasis of luxury and comfort for the chosen on the beautiful Adriatic coast of Montenegro
You will be in a closed guarded residence of De Luxe class, which consists of 4 villas on several levels and 2 apartment complex building, surrounded by pine forests and olive groves. The project was created in perfect harmony with nature. All buildings into the mountain landscape in such a way that the objects, which are located below do not obscure the spectacular views of the azure sea. Facades of buildings were made of natural stone, which also covers the terraces and roads.
